We examine the underlying asset, valuation, loan-to-value or development margin, the sponsor's track record, the security and the exit, supported by AI-assisted due diligence.

What to expect

Property is illiquid and values can fall as well as rise. Development and lending carry execution and borrower risk. You contract directly with the sponsor or lender.
